Case Management Although originally designed specifically for "Remortgage" applications, CaseMan will support legal case management in any high volume "production" environment. CaseMan is particularly suited to cases where a standard procedure is followed, and Standard Letters are produced. Key Events will have their timing determined by rules based on the occurrence of other key events and/or letters produced received. Target dates are automatically set, (but may be overridden if required), and Actual dates recorded. "Overdue" reports are produced by reviewing the above dates, and by setting the overdue period. Outlays and Standard fees are recorded, and the fee note report is used to process the fees due. An extensive reporting module also allows extracts of the data to Excel spreadsheets for further analysis distribution by email. The Diary system is used to log telephone calls and other events outwith the Key Events above, and to produce a "prompt" list for the user to ensure timely follow ups. Run PowerPoint demonstration
