Our CERES database is used by over 100 users in the executive to track and control Research Projects. As most projects are commissioned from third party agencies, two important aspects of the solution are to control the process of issuing Tender Invitations, and also control of Budgets.

F3 is one of Scotland 's newest names in building surveying offering a range of services to clients across the spectrum of private, public and voluntary sectors.

We have provided various systems to record, analyse and report on Site Surveys. These include a web-based analysis product.

PartnerSoft have provided and continue to support a number of different database solutions for GGNHSB. In particular we have developed several systems as detailed on the "Health Promotion" (hyperlink to) page on this site.

Health Scotland (Formerly HEBS) http://www.healthscotland.com/

The Education and Training division of Health Scotland run a series of seminars and training events throughout the year, and the attendees details are logged in our EandT database. The system produces letters, Attendee Lists and Joining Instructions. It logs absentees as well as attendees, allowing "Success Analysis" of each event.

Providing a "one-stop" in commercial surveying services, James Barr use our " Job Tracking " software to record all details of each job, to record Timesheets and Expenses for fee production, and to report on progress.

Lanfine Weaving

Based in Darvel in Ayrshire, Lanfine Weaving manufacture and sell curtains primarily for bulk orders to large stores and Mail Order catalogue companies.

Our MIS database controls the process from Sales Order, through Production to Dispatch and provides a full on-line Inventory system customised to Lanfine's exact needs.

RYBKA

Rybka offers international expertise in mechanical and electrical consulting engineering services, covering every aspect of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, lighting, power distribution, life safety, communication, and security and surveillance systems. Rybka use our practis database system to log and control all jobs, to produce fee notes externally, and to control Expense and Timesheet claims internally

Scottish Ambulance Service

Summary details of all Accident & Emergency Ambulance movements are passed to PartnerSoft's ORCON analysis system. Our software checks that S.A.S. performance targets are being met, and provides a raft of Management Reports to assist the service in developing its strategy for the future. In addition to this PartnerSoft have developed a complete suite of Financial Reports, SAFIRE , interfacing with the services own Financial System. These reports are published to paper and also to the Intranet System for use by staff throughout Scotland .

Thomas & Adamson

PartnerSoft staff have worked with T&A for some 9 or 10 years continuously developing and refining their in-house database system. The software has become the basis of our practis product which is further detailed on our "Project Management and Time Recording" page.
