AMDOX is a document management system created by utilising high level integration between the database and Microsoft Word.

The system facilitates the production and storage/retrieval of documents, by means of "templates" based on your company standards. AMDOX ensures your documents always use your branded style.

Fast production results from ease of use, and recall of previously produced documents is simple.

A variety of types of document are produced, ranging from simple Fax Header sheets with merged Company details and contact numbers to complex documents where individual paragraphs can be selected from a store of "Standard Paragraphs". In all cases details can be merged automatically from the database, or typed in at run time.
